Yoga, Pilates and Barre Fusion
We bring you the BEST
"Deb leads the most efficient, mindful workout you will
ever experience!" words from a student who does not care
for exercise!!! Class begins with warm ups, upper body
strengthening with light weights to target triceps,
biceps, chest and back. The Barre and other props such as
sliders, balls and bands used for core and low body strengthening. Downdog, planks and push ups may be incorporated into this dynamic class. Everything is optional.
