Experiential Meditation Workshop with Andrea January 25th, 2:00-4:00
Andrea will instruct you and provide tools to calm stress, rest, and rejuvenate by focusing the mind with meditation. She will discuss the benefits of a daily meditation practice, answer your questions and provide proven techniques to help alleviate frustrations of relaxation and meditation AND how to make time for it in our everyday lives. This course will teach you how to deepen you practice and connect to the peace within. Class includes Deep Relaxation and Personal Meditation practice at the end.
